We have vast experience of managing portfolios, programmes and projects from conception to handover to ‘business as usual’. Our teams seamless integrate with the clients personnel, contract and third party resources. We have worked with several Financial Organisations and several third parties, including Accenture, IBM, TCS, Sapient, BT and InCase in recent programmes. We excel at vendor management and can provide references from all parties we have worked with.

All our core team resources have worked in Financial Institutions, but also have many years experience working in telecoms and utility companies. We take the best aspects of all contracts and strive for constant improvement.
